Terms of Use

The service

Birthday Calendar Extractor helps you scan available Facebook birthdays, review saved contacts, and export files. Scanning, calendar preview, ICS export, and delete-ICS export are free. Birthdate CSV export requires active Premium access.

Premium sign-in and billing are managed from the extension's Premium page. Birthday data stays in the extension; Premium checks account access and does not upload your birthday list.

Your use of the extension

Use the extension only with accounts and information you are permitted to access. Respect other people's privacy and applicable laws and platform rules. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, abuse the authentication or billing systems, or send spam.

You control the files you export and where you import them. Check the contents before use and keep any backups you need. Do not send us your friends' birthday lists when requesting support.

Premium billing

Stripe displays the price, currency, billing interval, and applicable checkout details before you pay. Premium subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. Free calendar features remain available without a paid subscription.

Use the same email account to sign in to Premium and manage the associated subscription. Keep access to that email secure. Payment failures or a subscription ending can remove CSV export access.

Canceling a subscription

Open the Premium page and use its billing control to reach Stripe's billing portal. The portal shows the cancellation options and when cancellation takes effect. Signing out, deleting local contacts, or removing the extension does not cancel a subscription.

For billing or refund questions, contact [email protected]. [Approved refund policy, cancellation timing, and any applicable withdrawal rights]

Data accuracy and third-party services

Scan results depend on the information Facebook makes available and can be incomplete. A slower scan may recover more birthdays but does not guarantee a complete list. Facebook changes can affect scanning.

Calendar and spreadsheet applications control how they import files. Delete-ICS behavior depends on the receiving calendar application. Review your results after an import.

This extension is an independent product and is not operated by Facebook or Meta. Your use of Facebook, Chrome, Stripe, and destination calendar or spreadsheet services remains subject to their applicable terms.

Account data and support

The Privacy Policy explains local data, Premium account records, analytics, and deletion requests. Email [email protected] for account support.

[Approved rules for account suspension, termination, service changes, and notice to affected subscribers]

Applicable law and other terms

[Approved warranty and liability terms, governing law, dispute process, and terms-change notice process]

Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
